[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer about a month and only one complaint so far. Certain loads do not drain and spin out properly. We have adjusted the drain twice because the installers had the hose in the drain too far. It seemed to drain better and still had a load or two that didn't drain. Now we have vented it a little better and hoping it will cure the problem. We never had any trouble with our old washer doing this. So we are waiting to see if this fixes it.

I feel like it get my clothes so much cleaner than my old washer did, and I love the sanatizing feature! Best of all it tells you when it's time to clean your washer (after 30 wash cycles). It's quiet and it does a wonderful job! I am so happy with our purchase!
