Easy to operate and not noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer came with the new condo that I purchased and I am so happy with it because you do not need the booklet there on how to run the washer. I do not hear the washer until the music comes on that it is finished.

Good Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has less options than my previous machine, but I didn't use all the options these past years. I've used almost all of the wash cycles and the washer does a great job! I liked that although its not on a pedestal that it sits higher than my old machine. The chimes are a little loud and the buttons are sensitive, which takes some getting used to. And I'm impressed by the cleanliness. My son had some stains on a pair of jeans and he was surprised when they were gone after the wash. Plus, the clothes smell great! I leave the door ajar and so far no problems. I would recommend this washer.

Quick and simple

Not as good as old machines

My last washer lasted 26 years and just had a minor problem when I replace with this one due to a good deal from energy supplier. Have had this machine for just over a year, one person household so not a lot of laundry and it just suddenly quit working. I checked electrical circuit and other connections and can see no problem. Will not turn on so I'm guessing it's a digital control problem. I have to admit I also miss the soak cycle that you get in top loaders. May be cheaper in long run to buy a new (or old) machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
