I bought this fridge in 2017 and the 5-year warranty was nearly expired when the compressor went out; LG got the compressor fixed without hesitation by one of their factory-trained technicians, and at no cost to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are both totally blow away.. Being close to 5 years, of continuous use.. Did experience an issue, with freezer side temperature failing.. Contacted LG, very pleasant 😊 and positive phone conversation.. In 2 days..technician arrived ,he was professional, efficient,repaired what was necessary..also explained in simpler terms reason for the occurrence.. Currently..all is well with our LG .. On another note, we do own a 65 inch LG flat screen, going on 10 years..No, issues..going strong.

Worst Refrigerator I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had nothing but problems with this fridge and it's less than 3 years old. When delivered I didn't notice that there were several dents on the doors. Deliverers/installers had to bring it in a piece at a time to assemble because it was too big to come through the door whole. I've had to call customer service for an appointment when the refrigerator side was not keeping temp. I was told an upgrade to the sensors were needed. That was fixed under warranty. Now the freezer and ice maker are doing their own thing. The refrigerator is constantly very noisy. Very disappointed.

First , it was the Compressor and now it’s the Thermistor, the defrost element the display is also bad well as the ice maker. No wonder LG was hit with a class action. The product is just bad. Will never consider the LG brand ever again.
