Where's the meat & cheese tray?

Bad compressor

Bought this item and the compressor failed within 2 years. Started looking into it and found that LG is being sued for putting bad compressors in their refrigerators. These compressors fail within 3 years. Had to buy a new refrigerator because the cost of having someone install with parts and labor was only a few hundred in diffrence. Why have them put in the same compressor when it will just fail again.

LOL I am seeing that the ice maker going out is a common thing in this model. Really wish I would have seen this before purchasing however I am glad to see I am not the only one dealing with these issues.

Purchased in Dec 2018 and fridge/freezer is no longer cooling. I do not recommend the LG refrigerator because it did not last 5 years. LG must have been aware that this model is faulty, as the factory warranty was only 1 year

After much research online, we bought this for a busy household of 8! It lasted less than three years. No warning, just one afternoon no ice, and by evening all freezer food defrosted and ruined. The motor still running, lights still on, but 66 degrees in both fridge and freezer. Very disappointed LG.
