Had to have fridge repaired.(compressor) other than waiting over a week everything went very well. Service was very good and everything went well. The fridge seems to be running fine. Thankfully had bought warranty plan.
Took a bit to get thru to lg for our fridge repair. Wasn't sure if person was going to show up and present a big bill. All covered, updated software and replaced compressor. No longer eating out of a cooler.
I bought this as very loyal to LG. All TVs, washer, dryer, dishwasher all LG. Like the app back end push notification and remote control. That said I hit 14 months and ICE maker crapped out. Looked online and just a ton of complaints about this specific ice maker.
Very disappointed that just out of warranty and unit failing.

We bought the refrigerator and we’re very happy with the extra room and features the unit offered. We still like the unit but it has had issues. Namely we had to have the compressor and recently also the ice maker replaced. Thankfully we purchased the extended warranty, as these repairs would have been costly. I have many LG products and in general and very annoy with them, this one has had its manufacturer quality issues

Great looking finish. Love the drawers. Quiet. Compressor died after a few years, lucky was still under warranty. Water dispenser gets 'stuck' and isn't very kid friendly (doesn't shot off fast enough).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 7-2018. Refrigerator started to slow down on making ice July 2022. Week later it failed. I called to get it fixed twice. I had to deal with no refrigerator for 3 weeks. Warranty cover the repairs and it is now working. It makes more noise than it use to. I wouldn’t purchase this refrigerator again.
