[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My model LG refrigerator has stop cooling twice. Once after two years and then 3yrs after replacing. Store warranty had just expired 6mos. prior. Fortunately LG manufacturing warranty offered a one time parts/labor. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable and work was completed in no time. Hoping our new compressor last at least 5yrs.this time or this LG refrigerator will have to be our last.

I purchased the Refrigerator three years ago, but unfortunately the compressor gave way and had to replace it. Too bad because it was good ( 3years) while it lasted. I want to thank you for the compensation for both the lose of food and for the refrigerator. Thank you.

I bought this refrigerator 5 years ago. This summer of 2022, the compressor went. Thankfully LG sent a repair tech within a couple of days and replaced the compressor. Its running like new again

Honestly there isn't anything exceptional that I love about this fridge. It works. I wish the freezer was a little larger, but that's just personal preference and I will probably be getting a bottom freezer whenever I need to buy a new fridge, but again, that's just personal preference. The water dispenser is a bit difficult to aim with smaller things like water bottles, cups are fine but just something we've needed to be conscious about. And I'm pretty sure we bought it because it was fingerprint resistant. Maybe my kids are just exceptionally dirty, but we definitely get streaks and finger/hand prints on it all them time.
