[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this fridge about three months now, and are very happy with it. We replaced our old one because the ice machine was consistently freezing up and the twin cooling system in the fridge would freeze over too, causing things to go bad much faster. We have none of those issues with this fridge. Keeping the water and ice dispenser in the freezer side of the refrigerator compared to the popular French door models seems to be key. The freezer is organized well and has tons of room. The fridge also holds way more than expected and is easy to organize. We especially like the easy access door for oft-used items, that allows us to get drinks and things without losing the cool in the fridge. The only downside is the design of the water dispenser. It’s not intuitive and we, and almost all our guests, have sprayed water on the floor the first time using it. The part where you press to get water is not inset into the fridge face at all, and does not look like you should push there for water. Also, the light for the water/ice area that activates when you push either one is set into the cavity below where the water comes out, so you can see at night when you’re getting ice, but not when you’re getting water. The light is too low to shine into the cup so you can’t see how much water you have. Other than that, this fridge is very well designed, looks great, and functions perfectly so far.

Luckily I purchased the warranty, if I hadn't, I'd be out alot of money. Water pressure from water dispenser isn't that great but could be my plumbing. Overall, it's an ok fridge. Wouldn't buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family had 2 incidents in which the freezer/refigerator stop working causing us to have the food in the freezer spoiled. In addition, we were without any cooling for over 10 days. It cost us over $500.00 dollars to replace the food lost due to these incidents. We are waiting for a positive resolution form LG management!
