Bought with kitchen package. Design and price were great. Refrigerator has gone out three times. Lost food items three times. Been trying to get LG to hear my concern for over 60 days. Still not resolved. Still sitting here with a refrigerator that doesn't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only negative is the water i dispenser awkwardly placed above where the drink and ice dispenser are. So guests can't figure it out.then the water shoots out at an angle and gets you sprayed and the floor the first time you use it.

There was a compressor issue. This was a known issue when it was sold to us(blame seller not LG). LG stepped up to plate and repaired the refrigerator and freezer compressor fully under their warranty. The repairs and service where completed quickly, efficiently, and professionally with no problems. Our refrigerator is now back two new functioning status. Even with the small hidden glitch it is still a fantastic wonderful appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 weeks in and I really love this refrigerator. The only issue I do have are the shelving placement and the doors. I would like to have more shelving placement option. I had to remove a shelf to get the space I needed to store a bottle. Also I would have liked the doors to not fall open when it gets to a certain open point. It swings open pretty hard because of weight and rattles all the bottles.
