[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator for new home and I wanted a larger size which would still fit into the space. Apart from the number of shelves in the fridge and freezer (both could use one more), this refrigerator performs as expected. It keeps items cold evenly throughout and freezes well. The ice maker works really well. I am getting used to timing the water so there isn't any spill of liquid. The spill tray for water is pretty shallow, almost non existent, which means I have to wipe the area up periodically to prevent water from running down the front of the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the fridge for about three weeks and my wife and I are happy with it. It has ample room and everything is easily accessible. The water dispenser could probably be improved as it squirts water outside the glass when you remove the glass.

Uneven cooling and poor shelf layout

I bought this product in Nov 2018. I did get a great price on it. Since then I had not been able to get the cooling "just right" for items both at the bottom of the unit and the top. Circulation issue perhaps? My biggest complaint, other than the fact that about a week ago it started making noise like it's working too hard to cool, is the shelving layout is poor. The giant space in the freezer always goes unused because the unit doesn't seem to come with enough shelves so stacking your frozen items mean you have to move things to get to others. The water/ice dispenser is not very user friendly either. Everyone that visits has to ask how to turn it from ice to water and back; just a minor detail but annoying enough of a design flaw that I note it. I wouldn't buy this unit again.
