This is a great looking refrigerator with great features. It’s bold and elegant inside and out and even the door ice and water feature looks high tech but very easy to use. I took off one star because I wish it included more shelves especially in the freezer side.

Cracks in door shelves; annoying beep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my fridge 2 years ago because the plastic shelves in my very old fridge were failing, and too expensive to replace. It was 27 years old and still running well. Chose this because the interior space was similar to the old one. Found the 2 drawers are so deep that the shelf heights do not work well with milk or juice cartons, or pitchers so the large door shelf is the only place to put anything tall. Unfortunately the weight of those containers has made the shelf crack in just under 2 years. I love the rectangular ice cubes but the dispenser spits out crushed ice when cubes are chosen and they go all over the floor. When the door is open too long, a really annoying beeping noise sounds which makes cleaning the fridge very irritating. Taping the button turns out the light so you just have to endure it. I'm hoping it lasts as long as my last one (not LG) which would make these small inconveniences a moot point. It keeps my food cold and frozen which is why we want refrigerators.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with the size of this fridge! It can store so much, but still with easy access! The only downside is that it didn't come with a smaller cheese drawer; I'm not sure if that was due to my error when ordering, or if I simply overlooked that it didn't come with that drawer. Either way, we have adjusted and it's no big deal. Overall, it's a great product and we would highly recommend to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge about a month ago and I love the space I have but the biggest downer I have is that you can not buy extra shelves for the door which had I known that I would have not bought it. the water dispenser should have had a tray on the bottom of it for water that spills
