[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are thoroughly enjoying our new LG refrigerator. Both refrigerator and freezer sections are spacious and easy to access. Initially, I thought the interior LED lights might not be enough, but, after living with the unit for awhile, they are just fine. My family loves the water/ ice dispenser on the door. So far, our LG refrigerator has been a pleasure to live with and use. Love the stainless front and gray side cabinet contrast too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this Fridge for 2-3 weeks now and we are very satisfied with it's performance except for two things. First off, we neglected to check before we bught it if it had a night light in the dispenser are...and it doesn't. Second, we've already had a Technician out to check the water dispenser as to why it drips a bit after one get's water from it. It's only a few drops within about a 5 minute period of time but we have to wipe it up regularly to avoid having standing water in the catch area. The Technician studied it and although he had a new "Valve" handy to install while he was here, he called someone to check to see if they thought installing the new valve would help and he was told that it would not help. He did indicate that the "Side by Side" models have the valve a long ways away from the dispenser where-as the the "French Door" models have the valve much closer. He said that he has seen no problem with the French Door models dripping when dispensing water, where he has seen the Sid by Side models consistently having the problem. I would suggest to LG that maybe if you could re-design this Sid by Side model with the valve closer to the dispenser, then maybe....just maybe, you would be able to alleviate this problem. Other than this "Drip" problem, so far we are very happy with the product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the refrigerators on 3/19/18 the water feature rose up as did the bottom drawer of the fridge making it non usable Repairman came and said it was fixed we got the following morning and it was frozen again we are currently waiting on a call back from the repairman and today the the display conked out.we are at our wit nd.
