[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this appliance for 3 years. It is VERY spacious. Has nice features, but the interior size was it's best quality. Unfortunately, the compressor went and I lost over $300 worth of food in both freezer and refrigerator. The compressor has been replaced and I received a check for the food loss, but I am disappointed this happened after such a short time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mother had bought this refrigerator 3 years ago it gave her Trouble with the ice maker the whole time she's had it Finally it gave out and then the refrigerator side gave out the response to come out and fix it was 2 and a 1/2 weeks She had bought a extended warranty Service like that is unacceptable She winded up buying a new refrigerator

I bought my refrigerator 4 years ago paid 1400.00 for it didn’t know lg had faulty compressor in this refrigerator 2014 y’all had a class action law suit bought my refrigerator in 2018 well I lost all my food this 2022 and y’all gave me 250.00 for food I’m ma this is not right I would have never ever bought this refrigerator had I known this compressor was faulty so my experience with lg is beyond terrible I know u won’t show this review nor will I win the 500,00 but that’s okay
