[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I like this refrigerator however, I would rather submit a review in 5-10 years of trouble free use. The last refrigerator (Frigidare) lasted 22.5 years with only minor issues. I am hoping for the same life service from this LG

Bought in April 2018 and the water and ice dispenser gets stuck where it will continually dispense ice unless the latch is manually pulled up. Dealing with their customer service is an absolute nightmare. I have had 5 different appointments with two different repair businesses and it is STILL NOT FIXED! LG is a complete joke and I wasted over 1,000 bucks on a hunk of garbage. LG SUCKS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator at the end of last July and started having problems this month that is water stopped flowing or coming out and also the bottom shelf of the refrigerator froze our food. In about a week or so I’m to the issues every thing got back to normal. I’m closing checking and monitoring now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my LG now for about 5 weeks and it has met all expectations. With 26cu ft it provides more than enough space. Water and ice feature work great and love freezer space as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator and even better service. There was a blocked line that was preventing the ice maker from making ice. The online support and customer service wasvery helpful in trouble shooting the issue. A technician was sent within a couple days and fixed the blocked line in a few minutes. Ice maker is working great now. Would highly recommend LG product and support to anyone.
I'm not happy at all with this product. In less than two years it broke. They had to come and change the compressor. Just ridiculous

Terrible design the anti-frost feature kicks on for a couple of days and ruins everything in the refrigerator. Had to go buy another unit after 2 years and 3 times ruining all my food.
