love the oven, poor install and no metal tray

My husband is very handy. Install items not adequate for installation. Had to call customer service for more items to install. It is hanging and love using this product instead of starting large oven for food. This company could also include a tray for baking. I burn myself trying to slide out rack to get food out. At this price, you could include.

Mounting system is flawed...

How this product made it past Black and Decker’s quality control flabbergasts me. 1) the manual says one thing and refers to a picture doing another. 2) the toaster and the mounting bracket we obviously not intended for each other. I believe the engineering department has some explaining to do... I really should have read these reviews before buying this toaster because

Black and Decker under cabinet toaster oven

I purchased this item 16 years ago! I love it - frees up counter space. I bought the under cabinet coffee maker the same time. I hope they continue to work as I love them both!

Under cabinet toaster oven

My friend own one of these and I love that you can attach it to under the counter out if the reach of little kids number one and I love that it holds and can cook 4 slices of toast when most can only do two I love the design and style wish I had one of these in my house

I do most of my cooking in this oven since I'm a 82 year old widower. It does a good job for me. I do miss the feature of the rack being pulled out when the door is opened. I don't know why this feature was not put on these newer models..

I'm glad they updated to digital because now the knobs can't break however I wish the would have sold the knobs so I did not have to buy a new one. I guess it was time being the last one lasted me about 10 years
