Makes Great Toast.

We got this a few weeks ago and were able to get it mounted under our cupboard. That part was difficult for old folks. Get some kids to help. Ok we got it mounted and it makes great toast. I am finding no way to turn the oven on with out involving the timer. You would think you could push, Bake - Set Temp - On. Bingo simple on and off. Please correct me if I'm over looking something. Old folks don't want a 5 second timer counting down while pushing buttons. I highly recommend it as a toaster.

Always Falls off Bracket

The reason we purchased the Spacemaker Under the Cabinet Toaster Oven was to save counter space. Even with a light touch the toaster oven falls off the bracket. Therefore, it is sitting on our counter. Please contact me and let me know if there is a way to make sure the toaster oven can be secured in the bracket and not fall off.

Bracket to Hang Toaster Oven Does NOT Work

I just bought this toaster oven to replace the old model which I loved. This model, the front bracket does not work. The toaster oven falls off the front bracket so I can't hang it under the cabinet, which is why I bought this model I would not recommend this.

horrible installation

I bought this toaster oven because my under counter Toastmaster died. It served us well. I wanted something under counter, so I decided on the B&D under counter. As was said before, holes don't line up well, screws aren't long enough. After a trip to hardware store, we FINALLY got the "hanger" installed. Now, the horrible part....Cannot get the oven to stay in place. Have read the directions over and over and over. The oven connects to the top, but once you open the door, the oven falls off. There seems to be something missing to ANCHOR the oven to the top base. Needless to say, this will be going back.

Instanly falls off the mounting bracket

Took forever to mount under the cabinet. Once we finally got the bracket mounted....we slipped the unit onto the bracket and it looked great. Until you touched it. Then it came crashing down. I wanted the space-maker (and paid much more for this feature) and the toaster oven now sits on my counter. Exactly what I did not want.

Front brackets will not secure.

Bought this trying to save some counter space. Template was spot on. Directions manual not even close. Had to follow directions to secure unit in second part about hanging under a cabinet with a lip. Why are the mounting directions different. Someone got front and back mixed up.
Now cannot secure two front tabs. One side will secure then other falls off. Frustrating now that I have holes in my cabinet. Hood is on and back brackets secure. Front bracket won't stay on, falls off with any kind of force. If there is a solution send it asap or back it goes.

Frustrated- Can't get Toaster over hooked

We are unable to get the toaster over to grab the clips in the front. We held the feet and lifted up and pushed at same time as stated in in the instructions. It has been very frustrating. Tried many times. Finally got it hooked and it fell down.

Still sitting on the counter!!

We bought this over 8 months ago and it’s still sitting on the counter. We have had B&D Spacemaker Toaster Ovens for over 20 years and have never had a problem with installation. My husband is very handy and was beginning to wonder if it was him until we saw all the reviews on here stating the terrible installation. We have had it mounted two-three times only to have it fall down. Please help!
