Easy to use; efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sealer is light and compact; it has a handy cord storage compartment that makes it easy and neat on the shelf. Light indicators and buttons are well placed and very visible. Operation is easy and straightforward. The seal is tight and removal of air is efficient.

Just Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm having a ball using my new NutriFresh Vacuum Sealer. It's easy to use and takes up very little space on my counter. It's wonderful for soups, fresh fruits,veggies & meats. I have more room in my freezer as everything is flat with less bulk.

Good Vacuum Function

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum sealer has good vacuum suction for dry items and functions semi well on frozen wet items. The bags provided were excellent for freezing, very heavy duty. I don't like that there is no cutting tool provided in the vacuum sealer for ease of use. I did not like that I had to hold down the lid and the side locks were rather difficult to use each time you sealed an item. I would prefer a type of side handle to lock the top down when utilizing the sealer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quick payback

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this unit a couple of weeks ago. My first trip to the grocery after receiving it, I picked up two whole pork tenderloins, and two large chuck roasts that were buy one get one free. This is a lot of food for a single guy. But with the Nutrifresh Vacuum Sealer, I was able to portion the items out, and be assured that they would last in the freezer until I was ready to use them. Just this first use has proved to be a real money saver. I see this product paying for itself many times over. It is a very durable unit, easy to use, and care for. Being a single guy that cooks at home daily, this product will be getting a lot of use in my kitchen.

Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Hamilton Beach Vacuum Sealer, my husband is a hunter and fisherman thought it would come in handy. We used it and it does vacuum and seal very well will save us lots in freezer bags. We froze roast, stew so we used dry food and juicy food to make sure it held. Features on it are very easy to understand very self explainitory. The only thing I would change would be to make a place for the roll of plastic bag to be attached to so as just to be able to pull down I think that would be easier. Other than that I would highly recommend.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was happy to see two different size bags as well as rolls to make my own. Never having used a sealer before I was a little intimidated by it but found it easy to use. I like that the cord does not detach because I new it would end up in a drawer like all my others and I would have to go look for it whenever I needed! I really like the cord compartment underneath so it can be put away without it being wrapped around the sealer. The directions were very easy to follow. I was concerned about liquid getting into the machine since I was sealing meat and either raw or cooked, it had some liquid in it. I only a little got into tray and it was really easy to clean up. We have found though that after defrosting the bags they get fragile. We have used it several times and it works great!

Great addition to my kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I opened the box I was in love, this vacuum sealer does everything. I had a party and had left overs I didn't want to toss so I was able to vacuum seal left over cake and hors d'oeuvres to put in the freezer. I also took advantage of the seal only option to seal my important house documents to protect them against water or bug damage. This sealer is a winner in my book easy to use and works quickly to seal anything. This one is a keeper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this for free from Hamilton beach in return for an honest review of the product. I really love this vacuum sealers. It has locks on the sides so you don't have to continuously press down on it while in use. It has a seal only option if you are sealing something with a little moisture. I like that it has an accessory port for containers and such but the hose has to be purchase separately. All in all great product
