Much better utilization of available space and runs very quietly. Many features that are not found in most units of this size. Energy Star rated.

Huge amount of storage

This fridge is huge. The amount of space we have now makes it look empty all the time. The only down side to this fridge is the price, it is expensive but if you can afford it then it's worth the price.

Ice Maker went in 2 months, now the entire fridge is dead after 23 months.
Turns out there was a class action lawsuit regarding the linear inverter.

Bought this and after a couple weeks it stopped cooling. Called and they would not warranty it. So to have it repaired would be more than getting a new one. I will never buy another LG anything. It is not even 4 years old.

What a piece of GARBAGE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only owned this refrigerator for 1 year and 2 months and the water/ice display is PEELING OFF AND BUBBLING! I called customer service and am told they only offer a 1 year warranty for "Cosmetics". I paid $4,000 for this and it looks like garbage now! I will never buy an LG AGAIN!!!!

The chill drawer and door-in-door features are what made us buy this refrigerator and we are not disappointed. It has lots of space and easy access to the refrigerator section and freezer. Totally love it..
