I bought it almost a year ago and one day it wouldn’t turn on then I looked at the plug and one of the prongs is going into the plug

I bought the Con Air 1875 dryer to replace my old one. I am extremely disappointed in the new one. The “high” blows out warm, not hot, and the air comes out as if it were medium. Now, my hair looks frizzy, because it doesn’t dry my hair with enough heat and speed if air flow. I love my old model better.

Bought this a couple of months ago. I'm very happy with it. It dries my hair quickly and I like having the attachment that concentrates the heat to one spot. Easy to use and it has the cold shot which is nice.
