I bought it almost a year ago and one day it wouldn’t turn on then I looked at the plug and one of the prongs is going into the plug

Nice Dryer: Cord's Too Short

Nice hair dryer, but they made the power cord too short by at least a foot. I have to be careful which direction I stand to ensure the cord reaches when I bend over to dry my hair -- that's never happened with any previous hair dryer.

buttons on handle

I like the dryer but the buttons on the handle could use a little re-vamping! I hold it in my left hand to dry but for some reason my fingers are able to move the button for temperature with hardly any touch so it is constantly changing to hot from warm. I have never experienced that before with a hair dryer.

I bought this ages ago. Surprised to see this at this late date...HOWEVER, I will give a review. I was not able to use it. Not because it isn't a good product, but because it was too heavy for me to lift for long. Since I could not use it, I donated it to the Cosmetology College I have my hair done by...SO, someone is getting some good use out of it.

I bought this haridryer a few weeks ago when my very expensive one stopped working. This hairdryer has more features than my more expensive one, which is great. Love the temperature options and the cooling button. However, the only con so far is that the cord is extremely short. Even when using right next to an outlet, it is a bit challenging to use due to the cord length.
