Great product, needs a clip

I love these earbuds. I wish I had used a clip to attach them to my collar. They fell off when I had them resting around my neck and I never noticed, so now I'm sadly missing my wonderful earbuds.

Major Upgrade

I owned the previous Epic Bluetooth model for several months before I grew tired of Bluetooth skipping and trying to find the best location and angle for my phone to prevent it. I put up with it for that long because, like the JLab Epic Premium wired earbuds, the fit works better for me than any other I have owned and the sound is great. Because of my issues, JLab was willing to upgrade me to the Epic II. The upgrade in the antenna and Bluetooth is amazing. Gone are the dead spots in an interesting podcast or repeated skips in some a great song. What stayed is a great fit and rich sound. I often listen on long walks that sometimes include picking my way though wooded areas with dense underbrush where I might not be the highest mammal on the food chain. Because I need to use both sight and hearing in these areas I just let the buds hang on my neck. Bad idea! Recently, a branch must have caught them and flicked off my neck, I miss my Epic II Bluetooth (wired earbuds really don't work well in the above terrain) and will look to acquiring a new set.

Stellar Product

These earbuds are euphonious!!! I love a wide variety of music so I started their audition with my favorite symphony, Haydn #88 and the sound reproductions was splendid! From there I went on to my favorite jazz group, The Rippingtons and again Epic2 killed it! From there I moved on to some Sara Bareilles then to Journey then to Van Halen and finished up with Iron Maiden. The Epic2 handled all of these selections as if to say "is that all you got"? Excellent bass response, pristine highs. They are the best things I've ever put in my ear canals. I just can't say enough about these earbuds. This is my first experience with JLab and I will never buy another brand again! You won't be disappointed.

Greatest Wireless Headphones period!

After trying a variety of well known brands such as LG, Sony and Plantronics I came across the Jlab and decided to try them out ( Epic 2).
For the price I got exactly what I wanted, but not only that, I referred a friend and he liked it the same way.
It's great to see a company living to its promises and I really wish them luck with the rest.

Awesome headphones! Premium sound at a fraction of the price of the others

These headphones have been a pleasant surprise for me. How many other sets of earbuds come with an app...wait, not just any app but one that comes with a burn in feature to make sure that they are going to give you the optimal sound for your new purchase!?!? That to me shows where this company is going with their products. This is my first purchase from JLAB but based on my initial feelings, it will not be the last. I have had several other high quality headphones from the likes of Skullcandy, Klipsch, Beats, etc...and I can tell you that while I have been satisfied to say the least with all of them not one has come with an app that tries to help break in the headphones and make sure that I can enjoy them the way they were made to be enjoyed. Thank you for caring about us, the consumer and trying to bring the music to my ears!

Customization, Battery, Function

These earbuds are all about customization. It can be a bit difficult to get everything fitting just right for you, but once you do, it's wonderful. The cable clips allow you to shorten the wire behind your neck to the perfect length, which is really convenient when I leave my hair down over it so nothing gets tangled/pulled (note: I LOVE being able to covertly listen to music w/ my hair covering these; thank you, bluetooth<3). After a few wears, the memory wire keeps them in place well. The gel tips make all the difference in sound. With some I could barely hear the vocals, but when I found my proper fit, the balance between vocals/music was great.
Overall, the customization enables a great, comfortable fit. I've only had problems of slight discomfort after wearing them for the *entire* day, but even then it wasn't bad enough to prevent me from recommending these. I haven't counted the hours, but the battery definitely lasts a really long time. I listen to music throughout the day & only have to charge every 1-2 days. A short emergency charge also provides a good amount of time (≤1hr).
I haven't actually worked out in these, & with the fit I have now, I wouldn't count on them for outdoor running since they do an incredible job blocking out sound. W/ so many gel tips, I could probably find a good fit to let in enough ambient sound, though. Also, bluetooth range is 60ft+ w/ my laptop. I've had rare glitches when my phone is on my left side (since bluetooth thing is on right).

These Bluetooth headphones sound killer and I haven't even burned them in yet. Also, the fit and 12 hour battery life are outstanding feature. Outstanding work JLAB! I will continue to seek out your products in the future.

I looked long and hard before deciding to go for the JLAB Epic2 blue tooth earbuds.The sound is Great. The fit is Brilliant. The battery life is Awesome. I would recommend these to any one looking for a quality EPIC sound experience!
