burn them in, you'll love 'em even more

These are my first bluetooth earbuds and I can only compare them to my other in-ears, headbuds and -phones. At first they sounded "okay" and I thought, since I want to use them while running and doing other outdoor exercise, they are fine. But then I gave the burn-in file by David Rivera provided by Jlabaudio a go. It took a few days and it is really annoying if your in the same room while the file is playing, but after the recommended time the sound really improved. Now I also wear them in the office if I'm bothered by the surrounding noise and want to listen to some music. They sure are comfortable enough to be worn for a few hours straight.

Audio louder in left ear

I've used JLab Audio Epic 2 Bluetooth Earbuds about 25 times and now the audio is louder in the left ear compared to the right. I would gues that its about 50% louder in the left ear piece to the right. i noticed it maybe on the 20th time i used it and hasn't improved or gotten worse.
This is my only complaint.
Fit - is ok for me but I struggle to find a good fit for my ears in most products Bluetooth connectivity - Has been perfect and not noticed any drop outs. I do keep it close, either in my had or in my pocket. Carrier case - I really like the carrier case
If this audio difference could be sorted it would be almost perfect.

Great package - could use larger option silicone gel tips

I've received my Epic2's from JLAB and so far am really happy with them. The battery life is awesome. I'm happy to say they have easily replaced the wired sennheiser headphones I have been a loyal fan on for 10 years.
My only request would be the option for a larger suite of silicone gel tips. I've tried all 3 of the large options, including the double and triple flanged, but it still doesn't provide a snug fit in one ear.
Other than that I've no complaints. An excellent product at an affordable price. Now I just have to decide which JBL Epic 2 I will buy for my girlfriend's birthday so she stops stealing mine! :)

Really not the best

I bought these based on a professional review stating they we're the very best Bluetooth earbuds available. I think not.... and here's why
Weak Bluetooth reception. When cycling I have to keep my smartphone in my right jersey pocket. Not the left, not the middle. Only the right pocket, and my phone can be the only thing in my pocket. Clif bars = no signal
Poor fit. I've tried every size and shape of silicone end and none will stay in my ear canal. I believe the wire hook really doesn't help keep the earbud seated.
Sound is ok, not spectacular. Certainly not the best.
Battery life is very good, maybe the best I've used.
They're decent, im using them, just expected better

These Epic 2 are great, I like that it comes with 8 gel cushion tips, charging cable, cable clips and case. Sound quality is great , the only thing it lacks is the bass setting like other jlabs earbuds I have buts other wise it’s great .
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great in the beginning, wears out too quickly

I've had these headphones for almost 8 months and I use them everyday. Best things about them: outstanding battery life! Nice volume control, good sound. Sweat or rain hasn't affected the sound or function. Worst things: interference when anything touches them (my hair, the collar of my shirt, practically unusable when wearing a hoodie). The control buttons are wearing out and the power on/off button is getting harder to use every day. The cover for the charging port hasn't stayed in place for months. Now I have started getting a very loud static "blip" every 30 seconds. I'm disappointed that they didn't last longer for the $$ I spent on them.
