Right speaker doesn't work after a year

I bought this product in mid April, 2018, and it's been a week in May 2019 that the right whole speaker doesn't even work anymore, oh and also the left side is louder than the right, or at least was! And they look terriable when on ear, so I would never recommend these headphones to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Incredible sound quality

I got these headphones the other day and i didnt expect much, but i have to say they are by far the best wireless headphones i have ever owned. They were so loud that you 100% have to break them in or they cut out but once you get them broken in they are amazing. Thank you to the whole jlab family for the first headphones I've had that were this good.

a rind bought me mine but they glitch every song,are mine defective? like the sound and are very comfortable. so far during one cocktails song by too short has glitched out 6 times!!! no joke

good headphones (ish)

i bought these headphones and i loved them... for a few months after 2 months i notices that these lost charge faster and faster and the quality got a little less good they hurt the inside of my ear (don't sleep with them) i was kind of wanting new ones but i accidentally .eft them outside one night i accidentally drove over them they shattered in to pieces

This product worked great for me, but then at the end of the warranty the product just stops working, I take care of them, carry them in the provided pouch, wipe them dry after working out. But they just can't make it past the 1yr 1wk timeline. I've been through 2 pairs over the past 2 years and I just don't think its worth to purchase another pair for the price.

Great while it works

When these work they are great with good battery life. I used them interchangeably with jaybird x2, swapping each time the battery died. My first Epic 2 lasted just 1 year before the left side stopped working. Jlab were great with providing a replacement. Just now the 2nd ones stopped turning on after less than 2 years, also connectivity issues began after about 1 year. For the same price, my jaybirds have yet to have a single problem and bought at the same time as my first Epic 2 set.
