No fake news here! These earbuds ARE the best.

12 mile run today and the earbuds didn't disappoint. They stayed put and the sound quality was excellent. I love that the wire can be adjusted and clipped together so it doesn't bounce around and distort the sound. But most of all, I love that they stay in. I sweat a lot when and I run and weirdly I sweat a lot in my ears! These buds stayed put. Thanks, JLab!

I absolutely love the Epic 2 for one the wire clips are awesome for being able to work and not worry the Wite getting caught on stuff and for two the wrap around ear design ensures they won't get lost while in motion

I love them. Best batterie life, best sound for the price/ class. They have worked for months longer than other Bluetooth devices I have tried; without diminishing in sound or battery life. They did randomly stop connecting for some reason. Easy fix just needed to power off and redo the setup ( with power off hold power button for ten seconds or until you hear "ready to pair") fixed me right up.

Will not hold a charge

I was only able to successfully charge these once. After that they've never held a charge again. I've looked through all the troubleshooting guidance and none of it has worked. They were a complete waste of money. I only used them twice. The one time I was able to charge it, they only lasted an hour and a half even though it said the battery started out full. I've never written a product review before, but these were so terrible I felt compelled to. Do not buy these!

Best headphones ever!

I love these headphones!! The sound and fit is great the charge lasts as long as they say it should. My only problem is the piece that covers the charging port. The flap you use to pull it out came off and I have trouble now getting it out. Is there any way I can get another one?

Love these so comfortable

These are the most comfortable earbuds; I love the over the ear shape and the fact you can mold them to your ears. I have smaller ears so it is hard many times to find nicely fitting products. I have had them for months with no issues and the battery life is fantastic. I run and bike with them and the sound is wonderful.

Great Earbuds!

These are some great earbuds, especially compared to ones I've owned in the past. I've been using them for over a year with hardly any issues. I get at least a full day battery life, if not a couple of days depending on usage. I've owned many other earbuds (I pretty much listen to podcasts all day while working and running errands) and I'd certainly buy these again if something happens to them. They provided many tips and one pair in particular fit better than any I've ever had before (I lost one side and need to get replacements :) I removed one star only because every time I reconnect my earbuds to my iPhone after charging there is static on them for a few seconds, but this only happens first thing in the morning though so no big deal. Also, sometimes while running outside they can get a little staticy and I need to change which hand or pocket is holding the phone to keep it closer to the right side.

Maximum battery life on EPIC 2 Bluetooth

I read the promos and the reviews. My previous headphones (not JLAB) would give me 4 hours battery life.
The JLab EPIC 2 promised me up to 12 hours - I would have been happy with 8 hours.
Have now had the headset for 3 weeks and the best battery life I can get is 3-4 hours.
I use it for Audible.
Starts with the message "Full", an hour or two latter the message is "Medium" and 2 hours later the message is 'Goodbye".
I have fully charged the device and then used until depleted a number of times.
The best battery time I have achieved in just under 4 hours.
Is the promise of 12 hour playtime just a marketing ploy (happy to get just 8 hours) or do I have a defective unit.
Please restore my faith in the JLAB EPIC 2
