I purchased this item with my hard earned cash and it will only cook, brown, toast or whatever ON TOPSIDE ONLY! why?

Who needs a traditional oven when you have this great toaster oven! It works awesome, is big enough to make from pizzas to any dishes, this toaster oven is very easy to use, is high quality and looks very nice. The temperature stays even when you cook for a long time, overall works, and looks awesome!

This is my second oven of same model. The first one died after 2.5 years,and this one lasted 2.8 years. While they were alive, they performed as well as expected.

Worst toaster oven ever

When I try to make toast, I have to turn the knob two to three times before any color appears on the bread. After 1.5 hours at 425-450 degrees, vegetables are still hard. Frozen pizzas come out with doughy crusts. Nothing bakes evenly. Will never purchase another Black & Decker product again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Before I bought this product a few weeks ago, I had a different B&D toaster oven but it was old so, when I moved to an apartment I replaced it with this one. I can't express how disappointed I was when I started using it. First of all, the cord was so short that I couldn't place the product where I wanted it. Second, the toaster oven is so ridiculously noisy that I don't like to use it at all. The one I had previously didn't make a noise like that. And third,
figuring out how to use it means keeping the instruction booklet right near the product at all times. I don't know who could possibly think that this product is worth buying.

I love the oven so far. I've made cookies, baked scallop potatoes, pizza, egg rolls and fish in it besides toasting bagels and toast. It works wonderfully.
