I love this 8 Slice x-wide Convection toaster oven! This is the second one in 9 years! We have an older home with a big wall oven that we don't have to use now!! All casseroles fit in this countertop oven, and I bake regularly. Love it!
I have had this oven for about 8 years and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, the toaster/bottom element recently stopped working. Now I just have a broiler. Obviously it's well past warranty, but still disappointing.
I bought this toaster oven due to it’s size. I live full-time in a bus without an oven. It is never as hot as the temperature it is set for. Frozen pizza will not cook properly since the temperature does not reach close to 400. I can’t bake in this because any brownies or cake will look done on top and be raw on the bottom. This is the worst toaster oven I have ever owned. I believe that it may be defective since I do not see similar reviews elsewhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this about three weeks ago when my last toaster oven died. The irony is that the old toaster oven lasted for years and was a Black and Decker. I went online and researched toaster ovens and found this gem! It is very wide so you can fit hoagies, subs, pizzas, and more in there with ease. It toasts so beautify even on both sides so my food always turns out perfectly. It is also super easy to clean! Very reasonably priced and lasts forever!
Being a long time loyal customer to B&D products decided to replace my old toaster oven with this larger and more modern version (TO3250XSB) The only thing I am not happy with is that the dial knobs are extremely dificult and very very hard to turn/rotate. not sure if it’s a factory defect or other owners are experiencing the same.
I purchased this a few days ago and I really enjoy the quality and different cooking choices. I would agree the instructions need to include: 1. How to pre-heat the toaster oven. I have not figured that out. It appears when I turn the temp knob I have to turn the timer on while it’s preheating. 2. The drip/cooking pan needs to be bigger than 9X13. Should be 10X14 or larger than 9X13.
