[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had this unit a few weeks and have no mechanical issues to report, but, the basket dividers in the freezer are extremely difficult to adjust. There were no instructions included with the purchase on how to move the dividers so we resorted to You Tube, only to find out that the entire basket must be removed from the unit to move the dividers. This, per the video, is not as easy task, since once the freezer is operating the plastic clips are stiff, and I'm afraid they will break,causing more harm then was intended

Not having to bend down (we are still very active) to look for the items we use the most. Less spoilage of the food we could never see at the bottom of our old refrigerator. More space in both compartments and love the pull out freezer drawer. We are so happy they finally made this model in a size that will fit our small kitchen. We are very happy.
