Freezer Bin Not removable

Can't remove the freezer bins in order to clean. They are held in by screws and I can't remove them. I'm 73 and the bottom of my freezer is getting VERY DIRTY . How do I remove the freezer bins?

We were updating our kitchen with stainless appliances. It's been installed for a week and so far is performing well. I do miss the larger drawer for cheese and cold cuts. The newer version has a much smaller drawer. Other than that, so far so good.
