[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have just purchased my fourth Amana refrigerator! They are great... I've only had to replace one and I got the others due to moves. They hold food well, I can see all of the condiments and few get shuffled off to the back of the refrigerator to mold!
The compressor is quiet. I love the bottom freezer... now I can get a drawer and not drop things on the floor - great design feature!
Amana bottom freezer refrigerators are the best!!!

I had an Amana very similar to this one for 22 years and it still works. Worried it was going to quit on me so bought this one. The only thing I don't like about it is the drawers don't really have a good stop on them so if you pull them out too far they fall right out.

I bought one a little bigger 5 years ago and love it. I moved and it wouldn't fit into my new kitchen so it is in my basement and bought this one just a few inches smaller. It is quiet, stays cold on the #4 setting. Never a problem in all these years. The smaller one I just bought seems as big as the other one. Don't even notice the difference. Freezer on the bottom, you can't beat it. How often are you in a freezer? Mostly you use the refrig, so no more bending to find things.. it's all in easy reach!! I would always recommend the Amana refrig!! It's the best!!!

We've had the fridge about a month now. It looks great, love the inside shelf and bottom drawers. Had to get used to the freezer down below, but it's nice having everything else at eye level. Keeps an even temp and things are nice and cold. It is kinda noisy tho. Didn't expect that. But otherwise am very happy with our Amana.

I wanted a side by side. Unfortunately, after searching for the perfect one that fit in the space a knowledgeable salesperson told me it wouldn't fit and explained why. We tested the theory and he was right! He suggested this freezer and I am very happy with it. I love that the handle can be changed because I need it to open from the left hand side. :) The bottom freezer takes a little getting used to, and it helps to be organized! But I love it.
