I am very pleased with the Otter Box and it is durable and certainly protects my phone. I would get another color next time I purchase a case. At the time of purchase they only had a black and hot pink.

Good product but don't like the white silicone

A good durable case but I would never buy it again with the white silicone portion of the case. It almost immediately looks filthy and it's impossible to clean.

Cons: can't keep the silicone portion looking clean

The best part about Otter box is the warranty and the easy of ordering a replacement if needed. I feel like my phone is safe and protected with an otter box case and will not use anything else.

My otter box case cracked after 10 months so I had it replaced by Otterbox due to the 1 year warranty. The replacement process couldn't have been any easier & Otterbox was extremely quick & easy to deal with. I sent them pictures of my cracked case & within 7-10 days I had a new case. It was that easy!!

I absolutely love my otter box. In fact, I purchased one for my husband and daughter, as well. Cell phones are getting more and more expensive; it's great knowing the Otter Box protects it. The warranty is second to non. My case recently cracked somehow at the opening/charging location (perhaps the case needs to be designed a little thicker in this one location?!?). The warranty was simple to apply for; I simply uploaded a picture of the crack and a case was shipped to me the next day.
Pros: lightweight, warranty
