Great Case (except)

I love this case...but one problem surfaced soon after I placed it in service. There is a weak point in the polycarbonate outer layer and that is the small piece of material just above the phones sync cable receptacle. Mine broke after a few weeks use. Customer support has been excellent and a replacement is on the way. Honestly though, I would expect the replacement to fail also, but time will tell. The unit is a bit difficult to install but once done it fits like the proverbial glove. I am a bit embarassed to say that I have to lick the phone and both Otterbox components to get all in place (sounds crazy but works great). I fussed with the included screen protector but soon gave up; just could not get rid of the bubbles. I think a wet application product would be the way to go on this one. I simply use the phone as is and do not anticipate damaging the screen while in my jeans pocket. Other that that, this case is a really good choice.
Pros: great value, looks good, will survive a fall
Cons: tough to install, one weak area

I feel the cases for otter box improves as the newer phones come out
like the 5 and 5s and 5c cases are way superior design and materials then the 3g 3gs 4 4s
I wish they would move the material improvements to the other older lines but i guess that would not be cost effective

The Pink/White Case Needs Help - Can't Clean It!

I think Otterbox has wonderful products and their ability to keep a device safe amazing. However, the Avon Pink and White case has one main flaw...it gets so incredibly dirty! Within days of owning the case, the white rubber portion of the case became discoloured and turned dingy grey. It is not very aesthetically pleasing. For the cost of the product, I would expect the appearance to remain intact for a lot longer.
However, if you ignore the superficiality of the appearance, the product is fantastic.

Cons: unable to clean

My Otter case went on my phone at the store and is the best protection there is. It covers the phone completely, lets the phone work without any problems and looks good while doing it. Don't wait to get one for your phone !
