Both cases for my iPhone 4S, the original and the warranty replacement, just never quite fit correctly. One side always stays just a bit "unseated". Despite several attempts and different ways of putting it on, just never clips together all the way.
However, protection is excellent. Customer service great. Warranty replacement service outstanding. I just could not recommend the commuter case to a friend because it doesn't fit properly.
Pros: High quality, Durable, great warranty service
Cons: imperfect fit

I have a habit of dropping my phone a lot,so I really need this , and when mine tore you replaced it so fast thank you. After going swimming with my phone 3 times I have up and up graded to the lifeproof case thank goodness you made this one I believe just for me! Thank You for standing behind you cases my family loves them. Romona. . Cross Plains Tn.

This is the best phone case you could ever purchase! It has protected my iPhone against many a drop!!! The warranty is outstanding...I recently submitted a request for a replacement...I'm sure the need for replacement was due to the drops I have done to the case. They didn't even hesitate to send me a replacement.

Love the design and quality of this commuter Series phone case. It's thin enough to slide easily into a purse, coat or jacket pocket. It's durable enough to make me feel that my phone is well protected. I like that it fits comfortably and securely in my hand for texting and phone calls. If I were to purchase another one I would not buy the pink case with the white rubber insert. The white rubber gets dirty quickly and turns yellow when washed/bleached.

This is a really good, light case. The silicone inner layer tends to stretch a little over time, but that's the only negative thing about it. And, as always, OTTERBOX is number one with their return/exchange policy.

This case has saved the iPhone so many times that I lost the count. It has taken a beating and it had to be replaced one time on warranty because the horrible treatment my 2 year old gives to my wife's phone. That said the phone is in perfect condition without a scratch on it. I had this on my wife's phone since day one and the phone still looks like the moment I took it out the box to put it on the case. Love OtterBox your products are excellent! I wish I could get an OtterBox Nook case, is my only piece of technology not protected by you guys!
