I dropped my phone from at least 3 1/2 feet. It fell screen first and because of the Otterbox my phone was not affected AT ALL.

I am on my 3rd case in one year. I pull my case off periodically to clean dust and debris off of my phone and out of the cracks. My first case lasted about 6 months before I developed a crack in the outer hard plastic case in the widest part of the back near the hole that shows the apple.
Otterbox was awesome in replacing the case without question. I had a new case shipped to me within 2 days.
Sadly the second case developed a crack near the headphone hole within a month.
Again, Otterbox was awesome in replacing the case within 2 days.
My third case lasted three days before the thin plastic on the bottom near the home button cracked.
I haven't submitted any claims on this case because it seems as though I need a tougher case.
My wife got the same type of case and hers has worked flawlessly for a year. She carries her phone in her purse, I carry mine in my pocket.
All in all I think it's a good case, but its not the one for me.

I have been very happy with this product. the only thing i don't like is i chose a pink one with a white inner soft silicone insert. It gets so dirty and it is impossible to keep clean. you can not remove the stains no mater what you do. I have several friends with the same complaint. I recently had to have mine replaced due to some damage to the item and had requested a blue one with blue insert to remedy this problem but even know i was told i would be getting a blue one i still got the pink and white one. So I was disapointed about that, however i do praise this company for great customer service, they really stand behind the product. Cheers Bonita

This is my sons case, the first one broke when he was trying to take it off. The outer hard plastic piece was difficult to remove but with that said.....my son is 14 and is hard on his phone and this case is amazing for him.

Once you figure out how to get this case on, it is awesome. At first I put on the rubber case then the hard case as shown in the pictures, but the plastic did not quite fit snugly on one side of the phone, as if the hard case was a bit too small. I was going to send it back. Then my brother suggested I put the case together first then put my iphone into the already assembled case. It worked, the case fits like a second skin, I love it.

This product provides great protection for my phone, but its annoying to take off the plastic cover, which I have to do every time I want to place the phone on my docking station. I ended up cutting off the rubber flap at the bottom, which helped.
