Not only am I impressed with how well my Otterbox has held up, it's really the customer service that has won me over! You would never know there were many, many miles between you when you talk to someone on the phone there. They are very personable people to speak to and they STAND BEHIND THIER PRODUCTS and these days, that's really what sets them apart from their competitors!
