Overall a very good product. Protects your iPhone very well - dropped my phone numerous times. The silicone tends to get a bit worn for the earphone jack and some discolouring on the visible parts over time.
The case did break in the end after at least 20+ drops, but Otterbox replaced it since I was within warranty.
Pros: Durable, High quality
Cons: silicone wear and tear

I drop my phone so many times and the bottom part of my case broke. The warranty got me a new case and the process was easy. Get the black one. my mom has the pink and white one and the white part gets dirty easily and has a weird texture, I don't know why

The small cut outs for the speakers and plug are too narrow and brake easily. My case would last longer if there was a solution. Warranty is awesome and quick turn around for replacements. I love my Otterbox!!!

The commuter case 4/4S is a decent design, seemingly can withstand a few bumps here and there, however, I have broken 3-4 of these cases just simply trying to get the phone back into the case itself. Thank god for the awesome warranty policy, but if buying an otter box I would recommend buying a higher quality case they offer to avoid these inconveniences.

Cons: Low quality, Not durable
