This is a great case. It's slim so I can carry my phone in the pocket of my scrubs all day without knowing it's there. It's resilient-- I've dropped it a few times getting out of my car with no damage noted. I've had my phone for over nine months and there's not a scratch on it. These facts alone make this case worthy of purchasing but are not the best part. When a piece of the plastic broke on my case (by the charger port), I snapped a picture of the damage and submitted it on the warranty page. In a week I had a brand new case in the mail. No questions asked, no fees, no paying for shipping. Simple. If only every company had such excellent customer service.

My first iphone was a 3gs and my husband bought me an otterbox commuter series case for it that I absolutely loved. So when we upgraded to the 4s I knew I wanted another otterbox case. I'm klutzy plus I have two small boys so the price for the case is worth the protection. I like the look of the case but I preferred the old version. This one is a little bulkier and the rubber part doesn't stay totally smooth around the edges of the phone when I take it in and out of my pocket so often. But it's still very good. A small part of the plastic casing broke after a couple of months and I found their replacement process to be super easy. They sent me a new one at no charge and really quickly. So I don't love it as much as the old one but it's still pretty great. And I've dropped my phone a million times and the case protects it every time.

Cons: bulky

I love this case and this company. I love how the case protects my phone and is comfortable to handle. This company stands by their product, when my case broke at the bottom and I contacted them, in a matter of days I had a replacement, I have never had such service with any other company before and it was so easy to do. I recently drove over my iphone (OBVIOUSLY a accident) in my garage. Did not realize it was gone until I had gotten to my destination. Was not worried about it, until I got home, and realized it was not inside the house, went out to the garage, and my heart skipped a beat when I saw it laying face down on the garage floor, as I got close to it, I saw the tire tracks going across the back of the case, I knew it was toast! To my surprise, I flipped it over, no crack in the glass, pulled it out of the case, no damage ANYWHERE....the case was not so fortunate! But otterbox replaced the case for me at no charge..I am forever grateful!!!!

I just recieved this case in the mail and loved the colors and the design of it. However, it has been less than a month and the hard plastic on the bottom of my case has already broken. I have bought this same design case 3 times and have had the same problem. If you need a case, just go for the more durable one. Save yourself the headache.

Even if it is a little difficult to open the slots to charge or to connect the head phones, it is a great product and the customer service is the best! Well spent money.
