This is the second one of these we have had on my wife's phone, the first one broke and the present one was a replacement under warranty.
It fits too loosely on the phone and I am worried it is going to break again soon. The plastic shroud that raps around the rubber sleeve is so loose it gets hung up when my wife puts it in her pocket and some times in her purse.
Cons: unhappy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Commuter series case keeps breaking at the charging port. Otterbox has replaced them under the 1 year warranty each time, but what a pain. Buy a better quality case.

I am on my third case. Each one has cracked in the same spot. Always have gotten a new replacement but I feel poor design is what has caused the cracking along the bottom near charge plug.
