The commuter is just the right size and fit for me, but the hard plastic part near where the power cord goes in just doesn't hold up.
The folks at Otter are very pleasant and kind, and the first 2 I had lasted almost a year before they broke. I now have another replacement, but it broke after 2 weeks - in the same place. I'll send the pics in soon to get a replacement.
