The white color of the rubber gets very dirty and then is not able to be cleaned. I hate this color. I will not purchase this product in this color again.

I have used the OtterBox case for years. Theo only comlpaint I have is the fit and finish of the plastic parts. they dont fit very well over the Rubber. Other than that the product has protected my Iphone from moderate to sever abuse at times. It been dropped, kicked, thrown, and ran over. my phone is still in near perfect shape.
The warranty is next to none, fast replacement no hassles.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Low quality

I had my otter box replacement for less than two weeks and it cracked in the lower left corner.

I would really recommend this product to anyone. It's a great case. With working around the horse world you need something that will take a lot and you know you don't have to worry about if it gets stepped on or dropped. This is the product. I never had a problem. It's very durable and sleek for sliding in and out of pockets. I like how it feels and looks. The only thing I would change is that the rubber part does get dirty and gross looking.

They told me it had a warranty
Needless to say I was thrilled!!
In this day and age it is amazing to have manufacturer stand
behind their product.

This case has really good protection but it is so hard to take on and off. I actually broke the case once trying to take it off (it cracked). But thankfully otter box send me a new one so thanks! Other than that I like it. I just wish it wasn't as expensive to get a cooler design (mine is just a straight colour and it was about $50, the other designs were even more expensive.)

I love OtterBoxes. I've had 2 different ones and they are very durable. It's the only case that actually protects my iphone when I drop it. However, the outside plastic part doesn't hold up as well as I would hope. I've had chunks come off from normal wear and tear and they sent me a new one because of the warranty. That's great! Except less than a week after I got the replacement the bottom plastic part snapped in half right where the charger cord goes in. Other than that, love it.
