The Otterbox itself is great. Easy to use, durable, and I like the look. What is insane is trying to get the screen protector on without bubbles or "fuzz" under it. I cleaned the screen and tried to reapply it over and over again but the end result was always the same.....bubbles and the stray piece of lint from the cloth given to clean the screen. I finally had to give up. I HATE the messy look but I had no choice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Otter Box case is very good at protection for the phone. The only reason I did not give a 5 star on all areas is because mine broke on the plastic case in only 5 months, BUT Otter Box replaced it for free and did so in a very timely manner. Nothing but positive for their customer service dept.

I like the Commuter Series Avon Pink case because it is slim and fits nice in your pocket. I love the color combination, however the white rubber area gets dirty really fast.

I bought my first Otterbox about 3 months ago. Within 6 weeks, the hard case was cracked to pieces. Otterbox replaced it and now, 2 weeks later, it is cracked again. I am not rough on my phone and RARELY drop it....

This is a great company. They stand behind their product. I have had the commuter otter box for about a year when the corner cracked - nothing happened to the phone. Wrote otter box and they replaced the case - the only question was take a picture of the damage. Nothing else!!
