Great case, does its job well.

In terms of protecting my phone it is great, however it does tend to break easy around the edges even if not dropped. I have had this case for almost a year now and have had it break twice. The good thing is my phone never broke and both times it did break Otterbox has replaced them free of charge. Excellent customer service, even for some of us who are deployed when it broke.
Pros: Durable, effective
Cons: somewhat flimsy

I bought this product for my iphone because of a friend who had one on her iphone and got in a car accident, the otter box broke but her iphone 4 was saved without a scratch on it. with exstent of her accident I was impressed as her car was written off. I'm even more impressed as mine broke after 8 months and they sent me a brand new one. vary impressed with otter box and will be buying another one for any future phones I get

I have had problems with phone cases in the past but OtterBox is the best. I especially have to commend the customer service the company provides. The almost no questions asked warranty is AWESOME!

I am happy with the box, but not happy with the screen protector....it was hard to get on, then it bubbled, and eventually started peeling back. It became unuseable in about 2 weeks.

The case protects the phone nicely - I've dropped my phone any number of times and the phone's still fine! The case did crack on one side, but the customer service is incredibly fast (the replacement case arrived within 3 or 4 days of my filing a claim).
However, putting the case on the phone always makes me nervous—I feel like I'm going to break the outer shell.
