I am not too tough on my phone. THis is why, when my first Otter box iPhone 4S commuter series case cracked in three places, I was surprised. Customer service was efficient and excellent in getting me a new product after a few simple photos and information. However, after the third time, it's nice to have a free replacement, but annoying that they keep breaking. My new replacement cracked after two days! Oh well..I guess I'll try another brand.
Pros: great customer service!
Cons: Low quality, Not durable

Looks great and protects the phone. Also, excellent customer service and warranty. My old one broke... I sent a photo and had a replacement sent to me within a week. My sister was so impressed, she bought one.

Like case a lot the only thing is they need to have a belt case holder other than that it works well!

I have had the case for less than a year now. The outer plastic cover has cracked through the case on two corners and no longer holds to the rubber edges. I had used otterbox case products for years for whitewater kayaking, so I had high hopes for their everyday phone products. Hopes were dashed.
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this case since 12/23/11 and in four months have only dropped the phone once. The case is cracked at all four edges no longer adhering to the silicone. This will be my first time trying to get a replacement. The white, as stated by other users gets extremely grimy in just a matter of days and makes the phone look like you've had it in the bottom of your purse its whole life. I am hoping that they will send another product and I can once again count on this company to deliver a great product.
