The only thing I was very pleased with was the warranty. I was able to send in a request on there website and in just a short time I had a replacement . Unfortunately that one broke too.

Cons: Not durable

I acutally had a Defender and then moved to a commuter. It's just because got my phone fixed and put a white screen on my black iPhone 4s. I wanted to see the black button. I love the size of the Commuter. I can see all of the front of my phone. I have dropped it again almost the same as I did when I broke the screen the first time, and the phone is still in tact. I just really love it. And when the hard plastic broke I was able to get it replaced by Otterbox. Best case I've had in all my years of having a phone.

After hearing so many good things about the "OtterBox" I ended up with a very fragile flimsey case. Shortly after my purchase , I noticed some stress cracks on the plastic. Never dropped ,just stress cracks that over a six month period broke the plastic apart.
Wrong case! I am sure others are designed with the proper integrity. I would like to know which ones they are!
