The Otterbox - Commuter for iphone 4S was broken in the outer case. From the time I made the online warranty claim, I received a replacement within 4 days (2 of which were over the weekend). I love the Otterbox products and warranty replacement service. We have several in our home protecting iphones. You don't need to worry about needing to buy a 'temporary case' while you wait for the replacement to arrive since they get there so quick.
Pros: High quality, Durable, excellent warranty

I had my otterbox replaced and within a month the exact same thing happened to it. Also my daughter bought a more expensive one that has the screen protector in it and it is coming apart..... Not to impressed.

I think that Otter Box has a great product for protecting phones. With this one I have been having trouble with the rubber around the bottom of the phone getting stuck between the phone and the outer shell.

This case is very nice, and more compact than the defender. I use it on a daily basis, It goes in and out of my back poocket nicely. It isn't as heavy duty as the defender (I also have), so it is good for everyday use. I have dropped the phone many times, protection is good, no damage to my phone yet! Thanks Otterbox!

I have had several otter boxes and they have been my life saver. I work on a cement floor and seem to drop my phone a lot. If it weren't for my otter box I know I would of had to replace the phone several times. I only wish I had gotten pink and gray in place of the pink and white. When I put it in my jeans pockets it turns the white blue.
