I am grateful for the impressive and quick replacement of my broken commuter case. But I am still concerned about the fragility of the plastic strip above the power cord insert. That's what broke the first time

Love my otter box. I'm the kind who's always dropping things, and my phone has had more than its share of falls. With the otter box it hasn't gotten a scratch.
And the guarantee is the best part. I've sent 2 back already -- both after 10 or 11 months. Once the case cracked and the other time one of the flaps at the end broke off. I had a replacement within a week.

I really like the look of this case. However, the silicon is white and gets discolored quickly. I have tried to clean it with no improvement. I think this case is great protecting the phone, but never use white for silicon in the future please!

I don't like the new inside to the commuter series. It does not fit like it used to. Makes it difficult to push certain top and side buttons. But it does it's job by protecting the phone.

I love the ottherbox commuter! It looks and feels like a quality product! I like the cut out in the back for the apple logo. Even though it has two layers of protection it's not too bulky. I wish they would come out with some pretty pattern designs!

I have had 3 of these cases (in different colors) and love them. They are extremely durable and not as large & clunky as the Defender Series. My baby plays with my iPhone constantly (and I am extremely clumsy) and the Defender has saved my iPhone numerous times. It has cracked in the past and OtterBox is more than will and easily replaced my In Warranty product.

This is a great case for someone who wants the protection, but not the big bulky standard Otterbox case. I have had it replaced once, however my phone remained undamaged, and the Otterbox had a slight crack in it. I sent pictures to customer service, and a new Otterbox shipped out that day. Great company and will never use anything else to protect my phone!
