Got an Otterbox when I purchased the iphone, and when it was dropped form about 7 feet to the floor, the otterbox case broke but my phone was saved, on my second otterbox case. I'm sold!

I bought the commuter cover to put on my iPhone. I am someone who is very careful with my phone and make sure that I take great care of it, but I found that the commuter cover broke after only about 2 months. I put it in my pocket and it caught the edge of my pocket and cracked. I wouldn't expect this to happen with this kind of use.
Cons: Not durable

I love my pink dainty case. I have dropped my phone on several occasions as well as my 10 month old grandson taking it and throwing it. It has held up and not even a scratch on the glass or the cover. The only negative thing I could say is I wish the cover that wraps around the glass part of my phone was a little thinner but then again maybe it's made perfectly that size to protect my drops and grandson. AWESOME PRODUCT.... Save yourself money and time waiting on a replacement phone when u can have a case that has a lifetime warranty. My 1st case lasted more than 6 months before a small crack in the side (which was my fault) was covered 100 %

I love Otterbox and it is the only brand I trust to protect my technology, but I'm disappointed with this case because the white gets dirty so easily. I had a soft white case by a different brand, and it stayed bright white the whole time I had it (almost a year), but I've only had this case for a few weeks and the white is already very dingy and gross looking. I rarely put my phone in my pants pocket, so I know it isn't just rubbing off from my jeans. The material picks up dirt way too easily, and it looks especially bad paired with my white iphone. The whiteness of my phone just makes the case look even dirtier.

I have dropped my phone so many times, it's embarrassing and it bounces, and it's been fine. When I did have a problem and the outside cracked Otterbox replaced it, no questions asked. I would recommend this case to anyone. I will buy one for my daughter's IPhone soon.
