When I bought my Otter Box cover, I chose it for the pink color and the fact that it was a Breast Cancer Awareness product. I was very pleased with the way the cover worked for my phone and how it protected it the few times I occasionally dropped the phone. When my cover got a split in it, I was very impressed with the service I received from Otter Box. They were very helpful and told me exactly what I should do to get my cover replaced. After that, I had a new cover in less than a week. I cannot say enough good things about Otter Box. I will never be without their cover on my phone.

Easy to put on. Not too bulky. Does its job.
Unfortunately the screen protector that comes with it is of low quality. it's hard to get the bubbles out and it came off the iPhone and bent within two days. Suggest buying a separate screen protector.

We submitted the necessary warranty documentation and pictures on the Otterbox website and immediately was shipped a replacement case. I will only purchase Otterbox cases for my phones moving forward. Great support and backing of your product.

Love the look, but unfortunately it took a fall and the bottom corner snapped. BUT...the great people at OtterBox sent me a new one (free of charge) as it was under warranty!!!! Happy camper!

I love my Commuter OtterBox case for by iphone 4. It is sleek, good design and yet protects my phone from dropping. I have had it for over a year and it is still in perfect shape and is nice to look at and hold. I feel this really protects my phone if it is dropped and still looks great. The other cases I have looked at offer too much body in a case or have very little protection and seem quite flimsy.

Otter Box replaced original case beautifully. Replacement case, however, seems stiff, made from different material and not as satisfactory.
