This was my second Otterbox case and I love it. My first case I had just under a year, it held up great until I dropped it and cracked the hard plastic. No problem, Otterbox honored their warranty and sent me a brand new case in a different color within about a week.

I have dropped my phone, dressed in this otterbox, at least 1,000 times (not exaggerating!) and my phone is in perfect condition. This case was affordable, has great color, and I love it! I would recommend it to anyone. This case is the best bang for your buck!

Otterbox has been awesome. I purchased my case when I bought my phone, after a year of ownership one corner split and I contacted Otterbox and followed their instructions and in turn Otterbox sent me a new one that I received within 4 days of submitting my claim, impressive to say the least. Thank you Otterbox for your understanding and prompt service in replacing my Otterbox, without it my phone would be in poor shape!

The Otterbox commuter series was a very good purchase. It protects the entire phone. Unfortunately there has been one time where I dropped my phone and thought it was going to for sure break, but the Otterbox SAVED IT! This has been the most protective case, yet isn't too bulky. The only con I would give is that they havent come out in designs yet, only solid colors.

The otter bow is perfect for me because I'm constantly dropping things, my Iphone hasn't broken or cracked or anything since I got the case, and that's saying something.
