I have had 3 Apple Commuter iPhone 4/4S Viola cases and every one of the broke in the same spot. I am not hard on my phones by any means so it just isn't worth the cost to me. I am extremely disappointed in the product.
Cons: Not durable

I am notorious for dropping my phone several times a day. The otterbox case has done an excellent job of keeping my phone safe. The case did eventually crack on the corner, but I used the warantee on the website. So easy to use and they sent me a brand new case. While I was waiting for my new case, I got a cheaper case and was not happy with it at all. Couldn't wait to get my otterbox case back!

I dropped my phone at a public bus stop. By the time i realized it, i was four miles away. upon my return it was lying in the middle of the street, and had been ran over by a bus; nonetheless. the Otter Box was ruined, but my iphone was not damaged at all. "DO THE MATH".
