I'm not sure if the design is bad or I just got a bad case. The left side of the case bulges out and does not fit securly areoung my phone. It was so frustrating I went back to my cheap old case that fits more snug and secure.
Cons: Low quality

The only thing I have a problem with is getting the input for a speaker connection into the top left. I always have to take the box off or it doesn't connnect.

I originally purchased the pink case with white silicone cover, how ever through the type of work I do the silicone had become extremely dirty and would not come white again. I called the company to inquire about purchasing a new silicone but the wonderful associate from otter box said that "they would love to just replace the entire case for me!" the process was very simple and just required me to send them pictures of the damage! I will always purchase otterbox for my phones!

I am a loyal Otterbox customer, already a huge fan of their product and now a MASSIVE supporter of their customer service approach.
The Otterbox cases are already value for money, however, with everything man made, things don't last forever. Saying that, It has been my privilege to liaise with the customer support group who have made my transactions effortless and enjoyable.
The Otterbox return policy is next to none, and is in my humble opinion their best advertising process. I RAVE to my friends and colleagues about their product, and boast about their support services. That by itself is the best form of advertising!

My first 4 commuter series case lasted 9 months which I don't think is that long so I gave it a 2 for fair. My phone is usually in my pocket or on a table so I don't abuse it. Lets see how my replacement works before I can give it a better review.

I've gotten so used to the superior level of protection from my Otterbox, that I forget how fragile the i-phone glass really is. I guess I'm pretty clumsy and drop my phone - a lot - but it has never had a scratch or cracked anything because of its Otterbox. I bought one for everyone in my family. Could eliminate insurance on the phones because Otterbox protects them beyond my greatest expectations -- and I am a demanding customer. At this point, no one in my family would trust their phones to any other brand.
