The design of this case is not very functional with my iHome. I had to take the case off in order to dock it, so I had to get an adapter to be able to use it.

My white and pink Otter Box broke and Otter Box was kind enough to replace the case. While I am very grateful that they replaced the case, I wish there was an opportunity in the replacement process for me to tell them that I wanted a different color case. The problem I have with the pink and white case is that within a few weeks of using the case, the white becomes absolutely filthy and looks dirty and dingy. I have tried everything to get the white clean - Softscrub, Comet, I even soaked it overnight in bleach and scrubbed it and it still looks awful. Love the case - hate the white.

Cons: can't keep the white clean

Functionally, this case does it's job. It definitely will protect your phone when you drop it. I love the pink color of the outer shell. What I do not like is the soft inner shell that is white. It gets dirty and discolored very easily. Within days of putting it on my phone it was already showing discolorations. I have tried cleaning it with many different things (clorox wipes, toothpaste, etc.) but nothing seems to clean it once it's dirty. I would purchase Otterbox again in the future but never again a one with a white shell.

Cons: soft inner shell won't clean up

The case works great for all the features of the phone. it is a great pink color. It was very easy to install and get the film on correctly with the instructions. The case has protested it against numerous oops falls.

While in Las Vegas I forgot my I-phone was in my pocket when I boarded the NYNY roller coaster. The staff found my I-phone and handed my phone which had come out of the Otter Box. I was afraid to look but my phone had survived with barely a scratch and the Otter Box had only a small broken piece at the bottom. I can't believe this product not only protected my phone so well but the product itself handled near catastrophic conditions. I will be an Otter Box customer for life. It's worth the money without a doubt.

Protection is good, phone slips onto pocket easily how ever the hard case over protective soft impact protector has broken twice near the charging adapter port, a high use area, then the case tends to slip off on putting it in and out of pocket
